Piano Stairs?



If you have not noticed America is obese.
We lead the world in number of obese citizens.
There is even an organization for the obese society,
and a conference was held this past year.
To help this cause, these piano stairs have started
to pop up everywhere in hopes to increase stair use.
Taking the stairs for a total of just two minutes,
five days a week, gives you the same calorie-burning
results as a 20-minute walk. Burns 100-140.
